By downloading or using Padel Pal (the "App") or the padelpal.co website, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

Padel Pal is a scoring and statistics app for personal, non-commercial use. Match scoring — singles, doubles, Apple Watch scoring and your match history — is free to use. Some features are part of the optional Padel Pal Pro subscription described below. You may use the live-sharing feature only to share matches you are participating in or have permission to share.

Padel Pal Pro subscription

Padel Pal Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the five session formats (Americano, Mexicano, Winner Stays On, Knockout and League), match statistics such as serve, return and break-point breakdowns including per-player attribution, and live sharing. It is offered on two plans:

Prices are shown in pounds sterling for the United Kingdom storefront; the price in your own storefront and currency is displayed in the app before you confirm any purchase.

Free trial. New subscribers are offered a 14-day free trial. Apple grants this introductory offer once per subscription group per Apple Account, so if you have already used the trial on either plan it will not be offered again — the app will show the standard price instead.

Renewal and cancellation. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged, and any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Managing your subscription. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings on your device, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and are decided under Apple's policies rather than ours.

Family Sharing. The Pro subscription is not currently shared through Family Sharing.

If a Pro feature is discontinued. Features may change over time (see "Changes" below). If a feature that forms a substantial part of the Pro subscription is withdrawn, you can cancel your subscription and it will not renew.

Live sharing

Live match pages are publicly viewable by anyone with the match link or code. You are responsible for the names and content you enter and share.

Acceptable use

When you share a match you are publishing to a page other people can open, so a few things are not allowed. Do not enter names or text that are obscene, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or that impersonate someone. Do not enter another person's personal information, and do not share a live page in order to target or embarrass anyone.

The app filters obvious profanity before anything is uploaded, but that filter is not a substitute for the rule above. Every spectator page carries a "Report this page" link, and the app has the same route at Settings › Report a live link. We can remove any shared page and revoke a share code at any time, and we will act on reports as quickly as we reasonably can.

No warranty

The App and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Scores, statistics, and live feeds are provided on a best-effort basis and may be interrupted, delayed, or contain errors. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time. These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
